In your own words, what is Arity?

Arity is changing the way that car insurance works by making it possible to deliver insurance based on how people actually drive.

What is your work for home set up like? 

My WFH set up is anywhere I can find a quiet space – usually the basement, (and as the weather turns, usually includes a winter hat and jacket)!

We all commuted into the office prior to COVID, how are you spending the extra time?

I really enjoyed my morning commute pre-covid: a quiet train ride and a nice walk. Now, I try to recreate it by taking a walk each morning before I start my workday to mentally make the transition from home to work.

Most people don’t know … 

I have driven a cruise boat! I spent a summer working on one, and one of my duties was the helm shift, which meant I had to take directional commands from the captain on where to steer the boat.

I’m not sure, there are so many good songs, I can’t just pick one.

Would you get in a self-driving car? Why or why not?

I don’t think I’ll be an early adopter but I find the act of driving to be pretty mundane and looking out the window to be much more interesting.

Favorite innovation pioneer?

I don’t have one exactly. I love those who push the limits and go against the grain. I think to label a singular person as a sole innovator is hardly accurate, there were likely so many additional people who supported that person behind the scenes. I love a good innovation team.
