At Arity, I am the digital marketing manager. It’s my job to manage the company website, SEO (she still doesn’t get this part), and advertising campaigns.
In your own words, what is Arity?
Arity is a data insights company founded by Allstate. We’re using the insights that we find to build solutions for transportation obstacles that multiple industries face in an effort to make moving from point A to B easier and safer for everyone.

I love to travel by airplane! My favorite feeling is when the plane is just getting off the ground. It lulls me right to sleep before we reach cruising altitude.

I like to start my weekends with a good sweat session, so I’m likely at the gym. If I’m taking it easy you can find me cuddling with my pooch, Gucci.
If you could volunteer for any cause, what would it be? Why?
I would volunteer with Young Chicago Authors. “They help young people from all backgrounds to understand the importance of their own stories and those of others, so that they can pursue the path they choose and work to make their communities more just and equitable.” Our stories are all that we have sometimes. Being able to share them openly is both empowering and terrifying. Teaching young people how to be vulnerable with one another in this way is so important for us to maintain a connection.

It depends on my mood, but most of the time we’re chatting it up.
Would you get in a self-driving car? Why or why not?
Absolutely! I’ve always wanted to be able to use my time in the car more efficiently. We’re time-starved in America and looking for ways to gain minutes, which is why I believe so many people “text” and drive.
Favorite innovation pioneer?
Beyoncé Knowles-Carter! She continues to disrupt the music industry, creating new norms and shattering ceilings for women and people of color across industries. All hail Queen Bey!
