At Arity, I am a Data Scientist – I analyze the telematics behavior that comes through mobile phones to determine someone’s driving behaviors. One fun thing we’re currently working on is identifying if someone was a driver or passenger in the car.
In your own words, what is Arity?
Arity is trying to help reform the transportation system through the use of data science on telematics, insurance, and behavioral data.
My favorite mode of transportation is…
High-speed rail, so I can get from city to city quickly without having to go through security and without driving.

Out and about, and definitely not watching tv on my couch.
If you could volunteer for any cause, what would it be? Why?
I am passionate about the environment, and in particular in reducing waste and helping natural habitats. I have volunteered for forest restoration before, where we cut down invasive species and lit a bonfire with them!
